With the release of Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Archer Tribal is getting an upgrade!
In: Dragon Sniper , Out: Thornweald Archer
In: Veteran Beastrider , Out: Magewright’s Stone (bonus upgrade)
Dragon Sniper has Vigilance, Reach and Deathtouch so the only thing needed is an instant damage on tap enabler. Equip it with a proper bow and we’re ready. A great addition for Archer Tribal.
Thornweald Archer gets cut because it is almost strictly worse than Dragon Sniper.
Veteran Beastrider is ideal for Archer Tribal as it is a great mass untap enabler. At the beginning of our end step, we untap each creature we control. In addition by paying 
at instant speed, creatures we control get +1/+1 until end of turn. Although his last ability is too expensive, it is a good mana dump that may prove helpful in a deck where we have not many finishers. A great utility card four our build.
Magewright’s Stone is by no means bad, but Veteran Beastrider offer us mass untap for our Archers with no extra cost, while Magewright’s Stone untaps only a single creature so it’s less optimal for our build where we run many pingers.
