In general, WotC reviewed Commander Brackets and moved forward to a new corrected evaluation system that focus more on Brackets expectations and turns played. I believe this is a great step forward to the right path. If you read my first article about Commander Brackets, it seems as if someone at WotC has listened to my constructive criticism as I analized how the power level template was quite more accurate and helpful in defining your deck ranking as it is based on win turn, strategy and synergy. Now, I expect in the next 6-12 months, that WotC will make Commander Brackets even better, with more realistic numbers on turns played (focusing on average -consistency is the key- and not on minimum number of turns played), to the point where my next articles will eventually include a “They are the same picture” meme.
