With the release of Avatar: The Last Airbender, Bear Tribal is getting an upgrade!

The Earth King is a Human Noble Ally that summons a 4/4 Bear Token on ETB, which is alone great for his mana cost. Moreover, whenever one or more creatures we control with power 4 or greater attack, we search our library for up to that many basic land cards and put them onto the battlefield tapped, making him an insane ramp engine for our build. A top pick for our Bear Tribal!
Bosco, Just a Bear is a Legendary Bear that on ETB creates a Food token for each legendary creature we control. Although Food is not relevant to our build, Bosco has synergy with Food as it can be buffed with two +1/+1 counters and gain Trample until end of turn by paying 
and sacrificing a Food, making it a nice inclusion for our Bear Tribal as it can grow itself into a potential threat.
River Bear and Pale Bears have Islandwalk which is very useful on blue deck encounters, but is useless on other cases, so they get cut because they lack consistency.
Metallic Mimic is a top inclusion in creature tribal decks as it works as a kind of Tribal Lord providing each other creature we control of the chosen type, on ETB, with an additional +1/+1 counter, making it a must-have for our Bear Tribal.
Vivien’s Grizzly is quite expensive for what is does, so it gets cut.
Garruk’s Uprising and Colossal Majesty can be card draw engines in our Bear Tribal as we can easily buff our Bears to be at least 4/4 with the help of Ayula, Queen Among Bears.
Owlbear Shepherd, although quite flavorful, gets cut because it lacks consistency.
Forest Bear beats Alpine Grizzly beacuse of its cmc.
We needed more finishers so we include Overwhelming Stampede and cut Arcane Signet as we may afford cutting a ramp spell.
Hardened Scales is a staple for +1/+1 counters builds and can really shine in our Bear Tribal as Ayula, Queen Among Bears may place two +1/+1 counters on Bear ETB.
Sylvan Anthem is a great anthem, but has less synergy with our Bear Tribal than Hardened Scales, so it gets cut.
