With the release of Murders at Karlov Manor, Myr Tribal is getting some budget upgrades!
In: Scene of the Crime , Out: Terramorphic Expanse
In: Public Thoroughfare , Out: Evolving Wilds
Scene of the Crime is a new Artifact Land so it has great synergy with our Myr Tribal that is a heavy Artifact deck. Moreover, by tapping an untpped creature we control, it becomes a nice color fixer that helps Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch easily activate its last ability. On top of that being a Clue, it act like one, by paying 
and sacrificing it we draw a card. Great utility card!
Public Thoroughfare on ETB needs us to tap an untapped artifact or land to keep it on the battlefield, or else it is sacrificed. That seems nota problem in our Myr Tribal which is a heavy artifact deck. It is another nice color fixer that helps Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch easily activate its last ability.
