With the release of Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Rebel Tribal is getting an upgrade!

In: Lae’zel, Vlaakith’s Champion , Out: Barbed Batterfist (bonus upgrade)

Windcrag Siege works wonders with our Rebel Tribal as it is a flexible Enchantment that both options have synergy with our build. Of course most times we will choose the first (Mardu) option as we focus on getting more experience counters from Otharri, Suns’ Glory. But if our commander is somehow locked, our deck will also benefit from the token generation (Jeskai) as we run enough token support. A top card for our build.
Warleader’s Call is an anthem (buffing our creatures with +1/+1) combined with Impact Tremors. Great value and synergy with our Rebel Tribal.
Lae’zel, Vlaakith’s Champion works with counters on ourself too, so it helps boosting our experience counters. A great addition for our Rebel Tribal.
Legion Leadership works great in decks that are aggressive and like attacking, so it greatly fits our Rebel Tribal.
Ramosian Commander and Ramosian Sky Marshal get cut because they have too mana-greedy activated abilities, while we don’t run any Rebels with high mana cost to justify their presence in our build.
Barbed Batterfist gets cut because it is an average card, while we can find better options to support our strategies.
