With the release of Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Orc Tribal is getting an upgrade!

In: Infantry Shield , Out: Gruesome Scourger

In: Essence Harvest , Out: Wake the Dragon (bonus upgrade)

In: Kess, Dissident Mage , Out: Merciless Executioner (bonus upgrade)

In: Goblin Electromancer , Out: Uglúk of the White Hand (bonus upgrade)

In: Waterlogged Teachings , Out: Island (bonus upgrade)

In: Jwari Disruption , Out: Island (bonus upgrade)

In: Rush of Inspiration , Out: Island (bonus upgrade)

Infantry Shield has amazing synergy with our Orc Army as it gives equipped creature evasion (Menace) and Mobilize X, were X is its power. With enough power, our Orc Army can consistently lead a whole army of attacking Warrior Tokens to a terrifying swing. A top tier finisher for our Orc Tribal.

Gruesome Scourger gets cut because it is less consistent than Essence Harvest as a finisher, as it need us to control an army of creatures to work , while Essence Harvest needs just our Orc Army (which easily gets buffed with our build).

Essence Harvest has great synergy with our Orc Army as we can use it as a finisher while at the same time it can net us an amount of life equal to the damage dealt. A great addition to our Orc Tribal.

Wake the Dragon is a quite expensive spell and it gets cut, as although it is powerful, it has little synergy with out build.

Kess, Dissident Mage works wonders in our Orc Tribal as it is merely a spellslinger deck and she allows us to cast Instant and Sorcery spells from our graveyard, so she becomes an amazing value engine. A top card for our build.

Merciless Executioner gets cut because despite the Tribal synergy with our build, it is not an optimal choice for removal in our Orc Tribal.

Goblin Electromancer is a staple for Izzet spellslinger decks and has extra Tribal synergy with our Orc Tribal because it cares about Goblins too. It is an Instant and Sorcery spell reducer by which greatly helps our spells flowing.

Uglúk of the White Hand gets cut because the buff he gets is on death trigger of a creature we control and that is not optimal in our build.

Waterlogged Teachings is a nice instant tutor that greatly helps our build consistency. Being a MDFC means it can also be played as a color fixing land. A great pick for our Orc Tribal!

Jwari Disruption counters target spell unless its controller pays , but it can be used as a Land too, so its flexibility makes it a nice inclusion in our Orc Tribal.

Rush of Inspiration is a risky card since although it helps us with card draw, we discard a card at random which is far from optimal. Nevertheless, having an extra draw option is never bad and being an instant means it has synergy with our spellslinger strategy. Being a MDFC means it can also be played as a color fixing land. A fine pick for our Orc Tribal!
