With the release of Tarkir: Dragonstorm, Vampire Tribal is getting an upgrade!
In: Qarsi Revenant , Out: Nighthawk Scavenger
Qarsi Revenant is a powerful vampire with great keywords (Flying, Deathtouch, Lifelink) that has “Renew – 
, Exile this card from your graveyard: Put a flying counter, a deathtouch counter, and a lifelink counter on target creature. Activate only as a sorcery”. Strictly better than Vampire Nighthawk which was a Vampire Tribal staple for years. This is the second Vampire Nighthawk upgrade variant, after Nighthawk Scavenger. Qarsi Revenant seems the best for our build since the power of Nighthawk Scavenger does not scale with the Tribal buffs and our deck has many Vampire Lord effects, while the keyword counters may come in handy in many cases. A great inclusion for our Vampire Tribal.
