The Water Crystal is one of the best cards for our Rogue Tribal. It is not only a great blue spell mana cost reducer (by 
), but also has amazing synergy with our mill strategy, adding extra value to it, while on top of that it can be a milling machine. If an opponent would mill one or more cards, they mill that many cards plus four instead and by paying

at instant speed, each opponent mills cards equal to the number of cards in our hand. A must-have card for any blue mill deck.
Glimpse the Unthinkable gets cut because although it is great against 1v1, it doesn’t net us so much value in commander, while The Water Crystal can easily flood us with value over time.
Jidoor, Aristocratic Capital is a top pick for blue mill decks and it works wonders in our Rogue Tribal. Its Sorcery — Adventure part forces target opponent to mill half their library, rounded down, which works wonders with our milling strategy and is a lethal combo material.
