With the release of Final Fantasy, Treefolk Tribal is getting an upgrade!
In: Ancient Adamantoise , Out: Verdeloth the Ancient
Ancient Adamantoise is a great addition to our Treefolk Tribal as it is a top toughness matter card. It works as a living shield for us and other permanents we control, redirecting all damage to itself. Damage isn’t removed from it during cleanup steps to make it less overpowered. Yet, with 20 toughness and Doran, the Siege Tower, it can also be an amazing finisher. In addition, when it dies, we exile it and create ten tapped Treasure tokens. Vigilance and ward
are just the icing on the cake. Amazing utility for our build.
Verdeloth the Ancient gets cut because the impact it has on our build is not enough to justify its mana cost.
